Install the app, enter your WhatsApp mobile number, and confirm the one-time code we send you. Then just ask for what you want - “running shoes under ₹3000” or “pizza offers tonight” - and Gyanee.ai finds live deals and coupons for you. Gyanee.ai is free; we earn a commission from the store when you buy, and you never pay extra.
Your verified mobile number is your account. Edit your name, email, photo, date of birth, gender, and language any time from Profile. Not receiving the code? Check that the number is on WhatsApp and has signal, wait for the timer, then request a new code - old codes stop working once a new one is sent.
Gyanee.ai is a discovery tool. Stores set their own prices, coupon codes, and validity, so an offer can change or expire after we show it - always confirm the final price and terms on the store's own site before you pay. A coupon that fails at checkout is usually expired, restricted to a product range, or single-use; tell us which deal it was and we'll take it down.
Tap the mic to talk to Gyanee.ai instead of typing, and it replies out loud. You need to grant the microphone permission once - if voice is not working, check that permission in your phone settings and that you are not on a muted or restricted call. Each spoken turn is saved to your chat so you can replay or read it later.
Location is optional and only makes local answers better (“hotel offers near me”). We store just your area, city, state, and country - never your exact coordinates - and you can type a city manually instead. To turn it off: Android → Settings → Apps → Gyanee → Permissions → Location; iOS → Settings → Gyanee → Location.

The code arrives on WhatsApp at the number you entered, so make sure that number is registered on WhatsApp and online. Wait for the resend timer to finish, then request a fresh code - requesting a new one invalidates the previous code. If it still does not arrive, email us the number (including country code) and we will check delivery on our side.
Signing up is instant - you enter your number, verify the code, and the assistant opens up. If you are told the account is disabled, it was switched off by our team. Write to us and we will look at your account directly.
Codes are issued by the store, not by Gyanee.ai, and they can expire or be limited to certain products, first-time buyers, or payment methods. Open the deal again to check its terms, and send us the deal name plus the error the store showed - we remove offers that are no longer live.
Grant Gyanee.ai the microphone permission in your phone settings, close any other app holding the mic, and make sure your media volume is up and silent mode is off for the voice reply. On a weak connection the voice call may drop back to text - your conversation is preserved either way.
Just tell it your correct city in the chat (“I'm in Bengaluru”) and it updates what it has on file. A city you set yourself is never silently overwritten by a device reading.
